Description:
Edifis Sting is a central storage server, which delivers increased efficiency and productivity in the areas of dubbing, conforming and playout. By being central to the recording of new material, Sting is used to load acquired material to edit suites and distribute video and computer data through the facility as efficiently as possible.

Not only does Sting contribute to dubbing, versioning and conforming it is also used for transferring video over SDI and data over Gigabit Ethernet. Sting is a network connected real-time video I/O server with high capacity storage, ideally suited for processing multiple projects and eliminating costly VTR lay-off and re-dubbing.
